Watch your whole search take shape

A job search is easy to lose perspective on from inside it. The season summary is the outside view: how many applications are still growing, how many went quiet, how many bloomed into a rejection, and how many turned into an offer, all as one running tally.

The branching outcome tree underneath breaks that down further, what share of applications reached at least a reply or an interview, what share of rejections happened only after an interview versus before one ever started. It's the same underlying data as the plain application list, just laid out to answer a different question: not "what's the status of this one role" but "what does the whole effort actually look like."
