Pin your favorites, filter out the rest

A job search that's going well produces a lot of applications fast, and not all of them deserve equal attention on any given day. Star the roles you're most excited about and they stay pinned at the top of your list, above everything else, until you unpin them.

Underneath that, the list itself is fully filterable: narrow to a single stage (or a whole category like "In Progress"), narrow to a location, or search by company or role directly. Combine all three and sort the result however you like, newest first, oldest first, company name, or current status.

None of this depends on how many applications are in the garden. A list of two hundred stays exactly as navigable as a list of five, because the tools for finding one specific thing don't get weaker as the list grows.
