Every application
Captures the real shape of an application, not just its status

A "status" field on its own throws away most of what actually matters about an application. Bloom Onward keeps the application deadline separately from the date you applied, so it becomes possible to see, over time, whether applying right when a posting opens actually beats applying close to the deadline.
Salary, location, the original job posting link, and which job board or source it came from are all their own fields too, not buried in a notes column. Mark it as coming through a recruiter and their name and contact stay attached to that specific application.
Not ready to apply yet? Add it to the Watchlist instead, tracked the same way, just kept out of the main garden and season stats until you actually submit it. All of it structured, all of it searchable later, none of it just free text.
